Say where you're going
Your pickup is where you are. Search for a place, or drop a pin on the map.

Distance, time and price appear before you send anything. At busy hours and on holidays the price can be higher, and the app says so.

A driver is on the way
A driver who accepts your price is on the way at once. If a driver asks for more, never over 30%, you decide.

Choose the day and the landing time, your flight, how many you are and where you're going. Add a photo of your plane ticket.

We check and confirm
Teksi's team checks your booking and sends it to a driver. You get a message as soon as it's confirmed.

Your ticket on Home
Your booking shows as a ticket with a countdown to landing, and your driver's name, photo, car and plate.

Browse cars with photos, the price per day and each company's own terms. Choose your dates, send a request, and collect the car at the company's address.

A PIN to start the ride
Your driver starts the trip with the 4-digit code on your phone, so you know you are in the right car.
Share your trip live
Send your trip to contacts in Teksi or as a link. They see the car, the plate and where you are until you arrive.
Drivers send their documents
Before going online, every driver sends a driving licence, an ID, the vehicle registration and a photo of the car.
Rate and report
Rate every ride and report a problem from the trip itself. Something wrong in the app? Send a report with a screenshot from Settings. You follow every report and the team's answer in My reports.

All questionsHow is the price worked out?
100 ؋ for the first 5 km of the road route, then 20 ؋ for every further kilometre, rounded to 5 ؋. At some busy hours and on holidays the price is higher. The app shows the price before you send a request, and the rule is the same for everyone.
Can a driver ask for more?
A driver who accepts your price is on the way at once. A driver may instead ask for up to 30% more, in steps of 5 ؋. You see each offer with the driver, the car and the time to reach you, and you decide.
How do I pay?
In cash, to the driver, when you arrive. The price you agreed is the price you pay.
What is the PIN?
When you get in, tell the driver the 4-digit code shown in your app. The driver needs it to start the trip, so you know you are in the right car. You can also start the trip yourself with “I'm in the car”.
How do I share my trip?
During a ride, tap Share. Pick contacts who use Teksi, or send a link. They see your driver, the car, the plate and the car's position until the trip ends, but never the price or your PIN. You can stop sharing at any time.
