Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Teksi or Teksi1 account at any time.
How to ask
- Email support@teksi1.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Write from the email address of your account, or include the phone number and the Teksi ID shown in your profile.
- Say whether you want to delete your Teksi account, your Teksi1 account, or both.
- We may ask you to confirm. We delete the account within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, phone number, email, photo and Teksi ID
- Your contacts, saved places and notifications
- Driver documents and car details
- Your rental company page, cars and photos
What we may keep
- A record of rides and rentals that are part of an open report, until the report is closed
- Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires
